Jamaal "Coach Trell" Cottrell helps business owners, executives and leadership teams in San Antonio close the gap between the standard they set and what actually gets done.

He spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, including 7.5 years overseas. He trained recruits and the instructors who train them, managed protocol for a two-star commander, and led NATO support operations in Europe. He holds a master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

Today he is a Maxwell Leadership Consultant and Maxwell Leadership Executive Program Leader, a certified DISC, benchmark and interview consultant, and the founder of Limitless Leads Coaching. He hosts Silent No More, a platform for men's mental health, and writes for Live From the SouthSide magazine.

His philosophy: lead with clarity, measure what matters, hold the standard.

How it works

Measure. Your team completes the scorecard.
Diagnose. We debrief with leadership — where trust, clarity or alignment is breaking down.
