How it works
- Measure. Your team completes the scorecard.
- Diagnose. We debrief with leadership — where trust, clarity or alignment is breaking down.
- Decide. Choose two or three priorities with the executive team. Not ten.
- Deliver. A layered rhythm across executives, managers and teams.
- Re-measure. At month 6, 9 or 12. The new data shows whether it worked.
